1. Application conditions

3. Registration, preliminary examination and payment
(1) Individual registration

Online registration is carried out, and applicants log in to the Guangrao County People's Government Network (http://www.guangrao.gov.cn/col/col203194/index.html) to register. Fill in and submit personal information truthfully as required. The uploaded photo is a clear recent frontal bareheaded color ID photo, which will be uploaded to the registration system after processing according to the prompts of the designated website. Each person is limited to one position, and if the applicant logs in and submits the application information multiple times before the preliminary examination of qualifications, the latter will automatically replace the previous filling information. After passing the preliminary examination, the registration information cannot be changed. After the registration deadline at 16:00 on May 27, 2024, if the preliminary examination has not been completed or the preliminary examination has not passed, it cannot be changed to other positions.
Applicants must use their valid ID for registration and examination. The information filled in by the applicant must be consistent with his or her actual situation and meet the requirements of the recruitment position. After the registration is over, if the ratio of the number of applicants to the number of people to be recruited does not reach 3:1, and the recruitment position is planned to be recruited, the recruitment position will be cancelled; If it is planned to recruit 2 or more people, the plan shall be reduced accordingly according to the prescribed proportion. (4) Qualification review
The qualification review of candidates runs through the whole process of recruitment, and the results of the preliminary examination of qualifications are not used as the final basis for determining the conditions for application. 4. Examinations
The examination is divided into a written test and an interview, both of which are calculated on a 100-point scale.
(1) Written examination
Only one subject of each subject is tested in the written test, and the content of the written test is subject expertise. In order to ensure the basic quality of new recruits, the passing score line is set for the written test, which is determined according to the number of job recruits and the written test. The results of the written test will be announced on the registration website.
The written test is conducted in the form of unified examination, unified standards and unified marking with the city.

The written test venue is located in Guangrao County. The written test personnel shall take the written test in accordance with the location and requirements on the written test admission ticket, with the written test admission ticket and their valid identity documents (consistent with the time of registration).
(2) Interview

Interviews will be conducted in the form of trial lectures, and music, dance, art and physical education teachers will add skills tests (of which trial lectures account for 60% of the interview scores, and skill tests account for 40% of the interview scores). It mainly evaluates the comprehensive quality or job skill level of the candidates and the application of professional knowledge.
After the examination, the proportion of 40% of the written test score and 60% of the interview score will be included in the total score of the examination, and the total score of the examination will be calculated using the 100-point system. The written test score, interview score and total test score are all calculated to two decimal places, and the mantissa is rounded. From the interviewers, the list of personnel participating in the inspection and physical examination shall be determined according to the total score of the post examination from high to low, and announced to the public. The interview is set with a passing score of 70 points, and only those who reach the interview passing score can enter the scope of the inspection and physical examination. 5. Inspection and physical examination
Each recruiting unit has set up an inspection working group to be specifically responsible for the inspection work. Those who fail to pass the inspection and physical examination or give up the qualification of the inspection and physical examination shall be disqualified. The vacancies caused by this will be filled in equal amounts according to the total score of the examination from those who have entered the interview scope of the same position and reached the interview passing score line.
6. Publicity and employment
The examination, inspection, physical examination of the personnel to be hired, in the Guangrao County People's Government network for publicity, the list of personnel to be hired after the publicity will not be supplemented, the publicity period is 7 working days. If there is any objection during the publicity period, the recruiting unit shall investigate and deal with it in accordance with the relevant provisions and make a conclusion. At the expiration of the publicity period, if there are no problems or the problems reflected do not affect the employment, the recruiting unit or the competent department shall put forward an employment opinion and go through the employment filing formalities in accordance with the prescribed procedures. If the reported problems are found to be true and affect employment, they will not be hired. The recruiting unit and the hired personnel shall sign an employment contract in accordance with the provisions and establish a personnel relationship. The probationary period system shall be implemented for the hired personnel in accordance with the regulations, and those who pass the assessment shall be formally hired at the end of the period, and the employment contract shall be terminated if they are not qualified. The minimum length of service of the hired personnel is 3 years (including the probationary period). A separate minimum length of service agreement should be signed in the employment contract, and both parties to the contract should strictly fulfill the contract.
