After graduating from the Department of General Medicine of Fudan University, Zhu Lingping devoted all his enthusiasm and efforts to the standardized training of general practice residents.

More than a year ago, when I came here as a novice clinician, I deeply felt the sense of responsibility and mission required for my future work. According to the rotation plan formulated for us in the hospital, the teachers of each department carefully taught us the basic knowledge before entering the department, which made me feel warm in the tense atmosphere and laid a solid foundation for my rotation in the anesthesiology department.
