Fan is a collection of practical, craft in one of the traditional artworks, the fan not only has a long history, but also represents the ideal realm of Chinese traditional culture. Activity time: Until May 18 Activity content: Students walked into the Dongyang Museum, looking for cultural relics with national treasure logos (scanning the QR code to explain in language and text), describing a favorite national treasure cultural relics in vivid language, its appearance characteristics or related stories, etc., and sent them to the designated mailbox. After receiving the manuscript, the museum will review the manuscript with the invited experts, select the first, second and third prizes and the excellence award, issue the award certificate, and the excellent essay will be published on the relevant public account and magazine. Looking for a National Treasure - Copying the Treasure of the China Wood Sculpture Museum

The treasure of the China Wood Carving Museum - the five generations of wood carving Arhat statue is the earliest existing Dongyang wood carving object, unearthed from the Dongyang Zhongxing Temple Tower, also known as the South Temple Tower. The South Temple Pagoda was built in the second year of Jianlong in the Northern Song Dynasty (961), with a history of more than 1,000 years. The whole wood carving Arhat is carved with maple hollow, Arhat hands folded, vivid expression, concise and generous shape, smooth lines, simple style. It can be seen that Dongyang wood carving has formed its own style during the Tang Dynasty. In this event, we invite everyone to copy the wood carving Arhat statue, and summarize the excellent works and publish them on the official account for exhibition.
