Langao County is located in the south of Shaanxi Province and at the northern foot of Bashan, with 62,700 females (46.45%) of the county's 135,000 permanent residents. "Up and down linkage" to be a platform for rights protection

In order to smooth the channels for women and children to protect their rights, Langao County has established a comprehensive rights protection service platform of "county rights protection center + town rights protection station + judicial system rights protection post", that is, the "Langao County Women and Children's Rights Protection Center" has been set up in the county judicial bureau, the "rights protection station" has been set up in the town judicial office, and the county public security bureau, county procuratorate, and county court have established "rights protection posts".
