Article 2 of the General Office of the Hunan Provincial People's Government's "Reply to Further Standardize the Provincial Expressway Toll Standards" (Hunan Zheng Ban Han [2013] No. 150 Document) stipulates that the calculation method of highway vehicle tolls is that the toll amount of the whole road section = the benchmark toll standard × adjustment coefficient × the charging mileage (main line length + ramp + connection line converted mileage + tunnel mileage increased according to the coefficient) + special large bridge superimposed charges.

In response to the doubts of some car owners about the superimposed toll of the Yuanchen Expressway Yuanshui Bridge, the reporter also found the answer in the General Office of the Hunan Provincial People's Government's "Reply to Further Standardize the Provincial Highway Toll Standards" (Hunan Zheng Ban Han [2013] No. 150 Document). The sixth point of Article 2 of the document stipulates that special large-scale bridges shall be charged superimposed, and the cost of the main bridge shall be 400,000-700,000 yuan/meter of the first type of vehicle superimposed by 10 yuan, and the cost of the main bridge shall be 700,000 yuan/meter and above of the first type of vehicle superimposed by 20 yuan.

The cost of the main bridge of the Yuanchen Expressway Yuanshui Bridge has been reviewed by the relevant provincial departments, and the cost of the main bridge is 437,000 yuan/linear meter. Correspondingly, the superimposed charges will be imposed on the vehicles that have been extraordinarily large in the past. That is: passenger cars are charged according to the model of 10 yuan/train, 15 yuan/trip, 20 yuan/trip, 25 yuan/trip; Trucks are charged 15 yuan/time for first-class vehicles and second-class vehicles, 20 yuan/time for third-class vehicles and fourth-class vehicles, and 25 yuan/time for fifth-class vehicles and sixth-class vehicles.
