It is reported that the home for community corrections personnel will rely on the professional resources of Zhang Jie's job agency in the jurisdiction to provide psychological counseling, legal aid, vocational training and other services for correctional personnel, help corrections personnel solve all kinds of problems encountered in work and life, and improve their self-management ability and ability to adapt to society.
Founded in 2002, Zhang Jie is an organization focusing on introducing jobs for blue-collar workers, and has gone to Yunnan with the Songjiang District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau to participate in the "Shanghai-Yunnan Labor Cooperation Exchange Conference" many times, contributing to the labor cooperation and personnel placement between the two places, and participating in various public welfare activities such as student assistance and employment policy publicity. In October 2023, Zhang Jie's employment agency was listed as the "Guangfulin Street Employment Assistance Base", and then cooperated with the Guangfulin Judicial Institute and the School of Social Development of East China University of Political Science and Law to carry out many discussions and exchanges around the theme of "solving the employment of community corrections personnel".
At the unveiling ceremony, the Employment Promotion Center of Songjiang District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the School of Social Development of East China University of Political Science and Law, the Guangfulin Judicial Institute, and Zhang Jie signed a memorandum of cooperation on the home of community corrections personnel in Guangfulin Street.
