The community neighborhood market here is converted from 6 nucleic acid huts, each with an internal space of only four or five square meters, but although the sparrows are small, they are equipped with air conditioning, power and other equipment.
Zhang Xiaoying, secretary of the general party branch of Fuchun community, introduced that the community currently has a permanent population of more than 9,800 people, of which the majority of the foreign population, mainly industrial workers and their families, in order to improve the happiness of residents, the community summarized the use of the "five-handed" work method, from the organization and guidance, optimization of facilities, resident autonomy, improvement of services, and improvement of the environment five aspects to improve the governance ability and level. "This bazaar is one of our achievements, which not only houses the repair and sewing of battery cars necessary for people's livelihood, but also barters second-hand treasure chests, green spaces for selling green plants and potted plants, and gig stations to meet the needs of workers, which have become an important part of residents' lives."
In order to deepen the refined management, the community has also established a four-level organizational structure of "community-area-grid-building", established 13 basic grids, 2 exclusive grids and 40 micro-grids, and set up 3 micro-grid members and N party member volunteers under each micro-grid, so as to achieve "people go to the grid and things are done in the grid", and strive to improve the organizational strength of grassroots party organizations and effectively activate the resources of the jurisdiction. Leaving the crowded community market, the group followed the footsteps of the docent and came to the Beilun Roco Social Work Service Center.

Shen Qing said that the center currently has more than 100 volunteers. In Fuchun Community, there are currently three such professional social work service centers.
During the field visit, the group noticed that the Fuchun community is far away from the urban area, and there are imperfect public facilities for children.
The person in charge told everyone that Fuchun Community focuses on "one old, one young and one young", implements the perspective of "one meter height" into community construction, and creates a children's activity space. About 300 square meters of children's activity space will be opened in Lushan Garden Community, and 200 square meters of indoor parent-child activity center will be opened in the community party and mass service center to fully meet the needs of children's activities.
Not only that, because the elderly group in the community is mainly the elderly, the community has also established a 660-square-meter "old drifter" home-based elderly care service station, starting from the original intention of returning to the elderly to enjoy their families, and comprehensively improving the quality of life of the elderly through multi-channel, all-round and personalized elderly care services.
Finally, the group came to a corner of the Party and Mass Service Center of Fuchun Community and saw a coffee shop with a very "fireworks", and the nearby residents were enjoying the mellow aroma of coffee while experiencing the joy of reading.
It turned out that at the beginning of 2023, Fuchun Community will use the construction of the party-mass position as the carrier to revitalize the idle resources of the community, and create an "embedded" characteristic leisure space for the people in the jurisdiction with the model of "coffee + book bar". The coffee and book bar is open until 22 o'clock every day, providing a warm station for new employment groups such as takeaway boys and online car-hailing drivers who are running around late at night, providing shared services such as drinking water supply, meal heating, book reading, decompression and rest.
The community has also set up a "Spring Coffee" grid discussion corner, where grid members, enthusiastic residents and party members and volunteers are regularly invited to drink coffee together, discuss key issues of people's livelihood in grassroots governance, and find the "best solution".
