Reservation Instructions
1. Both parties must meet the legal age of marriage, the man shall not be earlier than 22 years old, and the woman shall not be earlier than 20 years old;
2. Both parties must be voluntary and unspoused;
3. The parties have no direct blood relatives or collateral blood relatives within three generations;
4. If one of the two parties is a permanent resident of Shandong Province, both parties shall go to the Marriage Registration Office of Lixia District, Jinan City to handle the registration business;
5. If neither party's household registration is permanent residence in Shandong Province, and one of the parties habitually resides in Lixia District, after applying for a residence permit at the public security organ, both parties shall jointly go to the Marriage Registration Office of Lixia District, Jinan City to handle the registration business;
6. The original documents provided by both parties must be legal, complete, true and valid;
Note: This registration condition does not apply to the parties to the foreign-related registration business of the military personnel and residents of the Lixia District who are not the military personnel of the Lixia District and the residents of the Lixia District.
