Issued implementation opinions, selected 100 speakers, organized thousands of lectures, and promoted the construction of corporate culture. On May 17, the inauguration ceremony of the "100 Propaganda Group" of Zhongtian Iron and Steel Group's corporate culture and the commendation meeting of the Communist Youth League "One Red and Two Excellent" were held in Changzhou base. This move aims to further strengthen the thought leadership, inherit the corporate culture, carry forward the spirit of enterprise, and promote the high-quality development of Zhongtian Iron and Steel in the new era. In connection with reality, based on the post, we will plant the fertile soil of corporate culture and truly implement the requirements of corporate culture construction. Nearly 120 people, including leaders of the group and the company, relevant persons in charge of the party and mass lines, representatives of corporate culture speakers, and youth representatives of league members, attended the conference.
At the meeting, the list of corporate culture products was released, and books were presented to the representatives of the members of the "100 propaganda group". Since its establishment 23 years ago, the group has accumulated a profound cultural heritage, created a unique brand image, and strived to create the "Zhongtian Nine Articles" - corporate culture program manual (V2.0), the group's development history "As the Sun in the Sky", the group's 10th anniversary of the creation of the song "Ode to Entrepreneurship", the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the original musical "The Soul of Steel", Zhongtian Nantong green boutique steel project documentary "Zhongtian War" and other corporate culture boutique lists.
"Speakers should firmly establish the concept of 'managing enterprises with culture' and 'rejuvenating enterprises with culture', and strive to be 'propagandists' of corporate culture and 'combatants' of the steel industry." Li Jun hopes that the lecturers will study carefully, apply what they have learned, and shoulder the important task of publicizing and promoting corporate culture. It is hoped that all employees will brainstorm and jointly promote the healthy development of corporate culture, create a number of cultural stories and model characters, create a number of high-quality cultural activities with brand effect, and promote the construction of corporate culture into departments, teams and front-line through "coverage" construction, "positional" preaching and "characteristic" publicity.
It is understood that the "100 propaganda group" is composed of middle-level representatives, model workers (craftsmen) representatives, party member representatives, team leader representatives and young employee representatives. The propaganda group focuses on the list of high-quality cultural products of Zhongtian Iron and Steel Enterprise, adheres to the principle of combining fixed time and regular publicity, and carries out various forms of propaganda activities. According to the quality of the lecture and the evaluation of employees, 10 "gold medal lecturers" of corporate culture are selected and commended every year.
"I think the key to how to get employees to implement the corporate culture is to be deeply rooted in the hearts of the people." As one of the members of the propaganda team, Qi Wenxian, full-time deputy secretary of the Party branch of Zhongtian Special Steel Steelmaking, said that he would lead by example, be a good practitioner of corporate culture, and establish an incentive mechanism to allow employees to enhance their sense of belonging and identity in the practice of corporate culture.
"I will combine the actual education, tell the story of Zhongtian, spread the voice of Zhongtian, and let colleagues understand the essence of corporate culture." Xie Houpeng, a representative of young employees and a member of the sintering party branch of Zhongtian Special Steel, said that he would strive to improve his professional quality and professional ability, and strive to become a high-level speaker.
After the inauguration ceremony, Yuan Heng, project technical director and senior consultant of China Enterprise Culture Research Association, often gave lectures to the members of the corporate culture publicity group.
In order to promote the spirit of model workers and craftsmen, the conference displayed the collective and individual demeanor of the 2023 trade union and youth league committee system at or above the district level through short videos, and commended the individuals and collectives who won the 2023-2024 "May Fourth Red Flag Youth League Branch", "Outstanding Communist Youth League Cadres" and "Outstanding Communist Youth League Members".
