After eight years of absence, Yu Xiuhua returned to the field of vision of the public with her fourth personal poetry collection "Blossoming in the Back Mountain". After all these years of ups and downs and experiences, Yu Xiuhua still retains her awe and love for words: "In all my love, my love for words has endured, which can not be done by any love." ”
This new collection of poems full of love includes more than 150 poems newly created by him in recent years, his deep affection for his hometown, his delicate honesty about family and love, and his keen perception of daily life, as always, are presented in Yu Xiuhua's poetic language full of personality; At the same time, the collection of poems adds a deeper reflection on the nature of life, and the whole is more mature. I think many poets may write about small love, not necessarily small love, poetry is a part of your life. Yu Xiuhua's new poetry collection also presents countless life moments, she wrote that her father and uncle quarreled, "I stared at this pair of old brothers / for fear that a rough breath would blow away this rumbling / fireworks / But I still couldn't help shouting: / Uncle, come on, you can't lose the quarrel." She said that she was very happy to watch her father and uncle quarrel, they are so old, they will quarrel and quarrel over trivial things, which is very cute and precious, "but if the quarrel happens to me, it is upset." Of course, she also wrote that her son drove her to town, the wind blowing on his face, "The potholes left by the pimples are still there / The shyness I was born with is still / When I gave birth to him, I was just twenty years old, younger than he is now".
The new collection of poems writes about Xuanwu Lake and Mochou Lake, as well as the seaside of Haikou in Hainan, the hotel in Zhaotong in Yunnan, the snow in Lanzhou, the rain in Nanjing and other scenery on the road, and also writes about the gathering moments with Zhang Zhihao, Li Xiuwen and other people in the literary circle, "I look at the night sky from Xiuwen's black hair again and again / I still don't know the star above my head / is it close or far away from us." In recent years, Yu Xiuhua no longer needs to farm, raise rabbits, and open a commissary to make a living, reading, writing, watching mobile phone videos, and planting some flowers and plants, this is her daily life now. Regarding watching short videos, Yu Xiuhua said that many times she got nothing, and she regretted wasting so much time in vain. She also said that writing poetry has been less in recent years, but she cherishes the moment of writing poetry on the computer, "Poetry is like eating, sleeping and air to me, although it doesn't seem like a thing or a person is so real in front of your eyes, but it is indispensable." She even believes that this is the destiny of poets, "You were born to write poetry, you have no other choice, because you choose something else, you can't do it, that's it." ”
