It is worth mentioning that in this joint statement, the United States was named 13 times. To sum up, there are four main aspects.
Sino-Russian cooperation
First of all, it opposes the military containment measures taken by the United States against China and Russia. The statement pointed out that China and Russia are seriously concerned about the United States' attempt to undermine strategic stability in order to maintain its absolute military superiority. For example, the United States has built anti-missile systems around the world, the United States has provided "nuclear sharing" to NATO member countries, "extended deterrence" to individual allies, and the United Kingdom has provided nuclear submarines to Australia, and deployed land-based intermediate-range missile systems in the Asia-Pacific region and Europe. All these moves by the US side are undermining regional strategic stability. China and Russia have made their opposition to this.
Second, China and Russia demand that the United States refrain from engaging in any biological military activities that threaten the security of other countries and regions within or outside its borders. For a long time, in the name of "scientific research", the United States has wantonly carried out biological research inside and outside its borders that violates humanity and threatens regional security, and weaponizes the results. Third, China and Russia oppose the United States and its allies in military deterrence of North Korea and exacerbate tensions on the peninsula. We urge the US to abandon repressive tactics and take effective measures to ease tensions. China and Russia reaffirm that the only way forward is to resolve the Korean Peninsula issue through political and diplomatic means, based on the principle of respecting and taking into account the security concerns of all parties.

Over the past period, the United States, Japan, and South Korea have repeatedly asked China to persuade North Korea to stop missile tests and abandon its nuclear weapons. However, China's position has always been very clear: if it wants to solve the problem, it must actively respond to North Korea's legitimate security concerns. All unequal and unrespectful demands will not help solve the problem.

Fourth, China and Russia urge the United States to stop deploying military facilities in Afghanistan and its surrounding areas, and as the main responsible party for the 20-year occupation of Afghanistan, the United States should take all necessary measures to lift the freeze on Afghanistan's national assets and take responsibility for the economic and people's livelihood difficulties faced by Afghanistan.
At the beginning, the United States not only walked away without any responsibility, but also froze Afghanistan's national assets for its own selfish interests, hoping to destabilize the Atta regime, which directly aggravated the food and economic crisis facing Afghanistan.
