The project is located in the west section of Jincheng Road, Xingping High-tech Zone, invested and constructed by Shaanxi Fenghang Technology Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 277 million yuan and a total construction area of 18,000 square meters.
The project fills the gap in the core technology of airbags for commercial vehicles in mainland China, and is of great significance for realizing the transformation and upgrading of the company's science and technology industry and accelerating the R&D and manufacturing of key components of commercial vehicles in mainland China. The implementation of the project has effectively enhanced the scientific and technological level and market competitiveness of the enterprise, effectively promoted the benign interaction of green energy conservation and emission reduction and economic, environmental and social benefits, and became a model of domestic substitution of imports in the field of commercial vehicles, injecting new vitality into Xingping's improvement of new quality productivity.
The company has more than 60 utility model patents, and the core technology of some independent innovation products has reached the international advanced level, especially the air bag series products have achieved the whole process of autonomy from research and development, mold manufacturing to testing standards, and the coverage rate in the heavy truck market is more than 85%, which is widely used in: SRT, single-stage bridge, MAN casting, Dongfeng Mengshi, engineering vehicles, military vehicles, tanks, straight nine aircraft and other fields, and has successively worked with China National Heavy Duty Truck, Shaanxi Fast, North Benz, FAW Jiefang, Shanxi 616 Factory, Yutong Heavy Industry and other world-renowned brand enterprises have established a good strategic cooperative relationship.
