A few days ago, Liu Tongbin, deputy director of the Tianjin Municipal Transportation Commission, led the second inspection team of the Municipal Prevention and Control Department to inspect and guide the flood prevention work at the Guangkai Sima Road Subway Station in Nankai District. The relevant district leaders of Nankai District and the responsible comrades of the District Flood Control Office, the District Emergency Bureau, the District Housing and Urban-Rural Development Committee, and Guangkai Street accompanied the inspection.
The inspection team listened to the report on the establishment of the early warning linkage mechanism between the subway and the territory, inspected the flood control schedule, early warning linkage mechanism, on-site disposal process, training and drill at the entrance and exit of the subway station in Nankai District, and inspected the flood control material reserves on the spot.
The inspection team fully affirmed the establishment of the early warning linkage mechanism, and emphasized that it is necessary to deeply learn from the experience of the "23.7" catastrophic flood in the Haihe River basin and the lessons of the "7.20" heavy rain disaster in Zhengzhou, always maintain a high degree of vigilance, resolutely overcome the luck mentality, further refine relevant measures, strengthen flood prevention and emergency linkage drills, prepare materials and teams, strengthen relevant coordination and emergency response capabilities, and do a solid job in various flood prevention preparations.
In the next step, Nankai District will conscientiously implement the requirements of the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, the Municipal Prevention Office and the inspection team, with a sense of responsibility of "always rest assured", in accordance with the work idea of "four pre-preparations, four clearances and three preparations" in our district, start and prepare early, make every effort to make basic preparations before the flood, effectively improve the ability of disaster prevention, mitigation and relief, and ensure the stability of the whole district.
