There are no more touching plots, and neither of them can bear to spoil this continuous heart-warming ambiguity, this relationship ended without a hitch, and I came back to continue to be busy, and I had less and less contact with her. But this emotion is like the ocean, when there is no wind and waves, it remains stable and quiet, and as soon as the wind and waves come, the waves are turbulent and difficult to control, and the expectation of this emotion has not died, but it has been suppressed and buried deeply.
And the storm that made me recall this past and couldn't suppress my inner desire was "Red Surfboard" directed by Ma Xue. It is beautiful, enthusiastic, crazy, every frame on the screen brings a unique attraction to the audience, after walking out of the theater, it is like tasting a glass of alcohol, full of stamina, rich in layering to bring people impact, in general, can be interpreted by three key words.
The first key word is romance.
The story of the movie takes place in an unknown seaside town, the utopia of surfing enthusiasts, in the 100 minutes of watching this movie, fully accept the baptism brought by audio-visual, and be fascinated by the director's aesthetic expression, blue sky, white clouds, blue ocean, young people who are not worried about tomorrow, play on the island, they are strange to each other to close to each other, from the budding feeling to sparks, the audience is immersed in the ultimate beauty of the movie, while being confused by the ultimate romance between the characters.

You can't have it both ways, but "Red Surfboard" perfectly blends brain-burning suspense and youthful love, making the movie more powerful and watchable.
Ma Xue, who is also the screenwriter and director, uses the labyrinth of humanity to build a maze of the plot, and lays many exquisite details along the way, pointing out the direction of the road ahead.
If the love level of the movie is freehand, then the human nature and plot level are realistic. Each character is complex and mysterious, they come from all over the world, meet and know each other in a small seaside town, and there is a surface warmth and romance. However, as the plot progresses, the more the relationship between the characters behind it becomes, the more frightened they become, the details of the scenes in the Iris, the tomb, and the Qingtan Temple, complete the human puzzle of Dongbin played by Li Kangsheng, and usher in the send-off, over-Buddhist he, in fact, secretly killing, step by step, the monitoring of Xiaofang and the comprehensive and long-term revenge plan, seeing that the cold war is almost starting to start in the back, and smelling blood.
As for the other characters, the director also cleverly set up different puzzles, allowing the audience to slowly find the answers in the progress of the plot, such as Xiao Fang is a person with a story and secrets, he is silent and out of touch with society, as if there is a huge gap; Another example is Yang Fan, who simply did his homework before watching this movie, and knew that the character had another Yang Yuling name, who was her other identity? Which is the real name and which is the fake name, which one is the real one? And her piercing red hair is as exciting, enthusiastic and dangerous as the red surfboard in the film.
The long shot until the end of the movie did not end the movie, the surfboard floating on the sea is the end of the story, but also the beginning of another maze, and before I got out of the theater, I was already looking forward to a sequel.

It's not just the audience who is looking forward to the sequel to "Red Surfboard". Li Zhiting, who watched the movie, even asked director Ma Xue that if he wanted to shoot "Red Surfboard 2", he must reserve a role for him.
In the theater, there is an urge to look forward to the sequel, and when I go home and savor it, I have more thoughts. I like director Ma Xue through last year's "Yanjiao", a film filmed in Yanjiao, focusing on the stories of three young people, starting with seemingly parallel character relationships, and then beginning to have complex and jaw-dropping intersections, from the passionate day to the quiet and treacherous late night, the director explores more possibilities for breaking through normal ethics and love.
One before and one after the two movies, put together and suddenly found that the names of the characters in the original two movies were one! Model! One! Shape!
This is definitely not a coincidence, regardless of the order of the movie release, from the perspective of the age and emotional stage of the characters, "Yan Jiao" is very similar to the sequel to "Red Surfboard", Yang Fan and Yuan Yong in "Red Surfboard" became travelers, they groped for direction in the unknown and tested each other in ambiguity, while Yuan Yong and Xiao Fang broke the gender boundary of love.
In "Yan Jiao", Yang Fan and Yuan Yong became husband and wife, and the unhappy duo continued to wrestle with the restaurant waiter Xiao Fang, exploring the unknown in another emotional stage. In my opinion, the two films are inextricably linked, and if the director approves of the logic of the next episode, he uses the known setting to stimulate the audience's thinking about the unknown.

Speaking of "Red Surfboard", the plot, characters, and emotional relationships are all presented to the audience in an unknown state, and the answers are constantly looking for answers in the process of watching the movie, but the emotions and futures of the three people, just like our own emotions and futures, are full of unknowns, "Yan Jiao" just frames a possibility, if there is really "Red Surfboard 2", it may give another possibility, this unknown, isn't it the charm of life and love?
