Recently, the Xiangxi Detachment of the Armed Police organized a red lecture hall and walked into the Memorial Hall of the Hunan-Hubei-Sichuan-Guizhou Revolutionary Base in Longshan County to visit and study, and feel the original intention of the revolutionary ancestors in the footprints of history.
Walking into the memorial hall, under the guidance of the docent, the officers and soldiers came to the former site of the arsenal of the Red Second and Sixth Army Corps. The historical materials and historical photos in the old site all tell the heroic deeds that can be sung and cried, touching the hearts of every officer and soldier at the scene, so that the officers and soldiers can truly feel the selfless dedication of their ancestors to the revolutionary cause, strengthen their ideals and beliefs in the subtle way, and be determined to strive to strengthen the army.
In front of the memorial hall of "I volunteer to join the Communist Party of China, support the party's program, and abide by the party's constitution......" The leaders of the detachment led the officers and soldiers to review the oath of joining the party, and all the officers and soldiers raised their right fists and solemnly swore in front of the party flag, revisiting the solemn oath when they joined the party, and further encouraged the officers and soldiers not to forget their original intentions, keep their mission in mind, strengthen their confidence, and work in unity.
After the visit, the officers and men of the detachment had a heated discussion on "how to look at the struggle, what is the state of struggle, and how to do the struggle to strengthen the army".
Through this visit and study tour, the officers and men expressed that they deeply feel that they have a heavy responsibility and a mission on their shoulders, and that they will inherit and carry forward the fighting spirit of their predecessors, base themselves on their own posts, and contribute to the realization of the goal of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the army.
