The fact that the person I love has changed his heart is a hard thing for me to accept.
I used to think that our relationship was rock solid and that we could get through it together, no matter what difficulties and challenges we encountered. However, reality hit me hard. Her eyes were no longer full of love, but instead of cold and detached. Her smile no longer blooms just for me, but is easily taken away by another person.
I tried to salvage the relationship and used all my strength. I wrote her love letters, gave her gifts, and was even willing to change myself for her. However, no matter what I did, she was indifferent. Her heart is no longer with me, and no matter how hard I try, it won't help.
