It is reported that the exhibit models donated by the North Heavy Industry Group are: 3600 cubic meters / hour bucket wheel excavator, grate-rotary kiln-annular cooler process oxidation pellet production line, ball mill/SAG mill, QJRN-112 slurry balance shield machine. "They are all representative products of North Heavy Industry, which have reached the international advanced level and are well recognized by users at home and abroad." Liang Xiu, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and chairman of the labor union of North Heavy Industry Group, introduced.
The predecessor of North Heavy Industry is Shenyang Heavy Machinery Factory and Shenyang Mining Machinery Factory, the two enterprises have made important contributions to the development of the mainland heavy machinery industry, in the early days of the founding of the People's Republic of China, a number of enterprises were aided, a large number of technical personnel and a complete set of production lines were sent to the country, and more than 200 national gaps were filled. After the completion of the mixed system reform in 2019, North Heavy Industry has organically combined the leadership of party building, system and mechanism innovation, and scientific and technological empowerment, and achieved a series of new development results. "Today's donation of four sets of models to the Industrial Museum of China is to let more people understand the responsibility and responsibility of the 'eldest son of the Republic' and the 'cradle of New China's heavy machinery industry' in the development of the times." At present, the collection of the Industrial Museum of China has exceeded 20,000 pieces, covering different fields such as light and heavy industry, carrying the precious collective memory of Liaoning people about industry. The four sets of product models donated by the North Heavy Industry Group have all arrived and have been repaired. Among them, the 3600 cubic meter/hour bucket wheel excavator, the oxidation pellet production line of the grate-rotary kiln-annular cooler process and the QJRN-112 slurry balance shield machine have been exhibited in the "General History Museum" and the "Tiexi Museum" respectively, and are open to tourists.
At the donation ceremony, Wang Rongwei, director of the Industrial Museum of China, presented a donation certificate to the representative of North Heavy Industry Group. "These precious collections have witnessed the process of industrial development in Shenyang, Liaoning Province, and as a national industrial tourism demonstration base, the collection and display of these exhibits can not only record history, but also inherit and carry forward the craftsman spirit of excellence and hard work."
