The "Northern Xinjiang People's Heart Bridge" is a measure for Xinghe County to explore and promote the normalization of the performance of duties of "two representatives and one member" (party representatives, people's congress deputies, and CPPCC members).
Relevant leaders of Xinghe County said that during the "two sessions," the deputies and committee members were very active. After the recess, the activities were reduced, the channels for the deputies and members to perform their duties were not abundant, and the role of the deputies and members was weakened.
