Artist Huang Zijiao was exposed to sexually assaulting a number of minors last year, the police quickly went to his home to search for evidence, and accidentally found a 4TB hard drive, which stored hundreds of indecent videos, 7 of which had the heroine a minor, the youngest was only 12 years old.
In April this year, Huang Zijiao admitted that he was the owner of the USB flash drive and purchased a number of underage videos, and the prosecutor gave him a suspended prosecution punishment with his good attitude of admitting guilt, sentenced him to a fine of NT$1.2 million, and wrote a 1,200-word letter of repentance.
However, this incident caused a sensation in all walks of life in Taiwan, including Xiao S and many other artists demanding severe punishment.
On May 17, prosecutors decided to overturn the previous sentence and formally indict Huang Zijiao for "possession of juvenile sexual images without justification."
According to Taiwan media reports, the Beijing Procuratorate recently sent a reconsideration to the High Procuratorate ex officio, and the Supreme Procuratorate believed that the original investigation was not complete, and remanded the case back to the Beijing Procuratorate to continue the investigation, and the Beijing Procuratorate finally decided to prosecute Huang Zijiao, or it was difficult to escape imprisonment.
After Huang Zijiao was exposed to sexual assault last year, he posted a video to break the news, accusing Big S, Little S, and Gu Junye of taking drugs, and forcing him to take drugs, Fan Xiaoxuan, Liu Hanya, and Zhou Junwei were also involved.
The prosecution pointed out that the sedative drug components were detected in the hair and urine of the size S and Fan Xiaoxuan, but they were consistent with the outpatient prescription drug components of the three people, Gu Junye's test was negative, and Liu Hanya, Zhou Junwei and other 6 people were not suspected of drug use, and the whole case was signed without specific crimes.

Big S and Little S's agents also issued a statement saying that the two had done the test and were not suspected of drug use.
Wang Xiaofei has accused Big S of drug abuse many times, and even appeared at the police station to claim that classmates deliver medicine to them every week, and the monitoring of the mansion can be queried, but Wang Xiaofei left in a hurry without completing the transcript, and was complained about bluffing.
In addition, Wu Zongxian's former partner NONO (real name Chen Xuanyu) was exposed to sexually assaulting more than 20 people, and the prosecutor formally indicted NONO on May 17, finding that he sexually assaulted and threatened 6 women, and the prosecutor asked the court to resentence.
