Founded in 1957, the China Center for Aerial Geophysical Exploration and Remote Sensing of Natural Resources is a public institution directly under the China Geological Survey of the Ministry of Natural Resources, and a professional and technical center engaged in the research, development and exploration and application of aerial geophysical prospecting and remote sensing technology of natural resources in mainland China. It is responsible for aerial geophysical prospecting, remote sensing survey and monitoring of natural resources and related geophysical exploration, geological surveying and mapping, engineering surveying, etc. Due to the needs of business development, we are openly recruiting 2 fresh graduates from the society. The relevant matters are announced below.

1. Recruitment target

(1) Fresh graduates must graduate before the end of December 2024 and obtain academic degree certificates. Kyonai is no more than 35 years old (born after January 1, 1989).

(2) This time, only students from Beijing will be recruited. Students in Beijing refer to applicants who already have permanent residence in Beijing, excluding the collective household registration of Beijing universities.

III. Application Requirements

(1) Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China.

(2) Support the Constitution of the People's Republic of China, support the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the socialist system, have good political quality and moral character, strengthen the "four consciousnesses", strengthen the "four self-confidences", and achieve the "two safeguards", maintain a high degree of consistency with the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core in terms of ideology, politics and action, and love the Communist Party of China, the motherland and the people.

(6) Comply with the relevant provisions of the relevant state departments or the recruiting unit on the acceptance of fresh graduates.

(7) Persons with any of the following circumstances shall not apply for the examination:

1. Those who have received criminal punishment for committing a crime.

2. Those who have been expelled from the Party or public office.

3. Those who have been found to have committed fraud or other serious violations of examination and recruitment discipline in the recruitment of public employees at all levels, and are still in the period of prohibition from taking examinations.

4. They have been entered into the list of targets for joint disciplinary action for untrustworthiness in accordance with law.

5. There has been academic misconduct and other bad behavior.

6. A recusal relationship is constituted after being hired.

7. Other circumstances that are not allowed to be applied for the examination as stipulated by laws and regulations.

4. Recruitment arrangement

(1) Registration

1. Registration time: from the date of announcement to May 17, 2024.

2. Registration method: Please log in to the "Open Recruitment System of Public Institutions Directly Affiliated to the China Geological Survey of the Ministry of Natural Resources" (website: http://cgs.gjzhaopin.cn/) within the registration period. It is recommended to use Chrome and Firefox to log in), read the precautions carefully, browse the recruitment positions according to the system requirements and select registration. Applicants can only fill in one position.

(2) Qualification review

The qualifications of the applicants shall be reviewed, and the list of qualified personnel shall be published on the portal of the unit. If the qualifications are found to be inconsistent during the recruitment process, the qualifications will be cancelled. In principle, the number of people who have passed the qualification examination shall not be less than 3 times the number of people to be recruited for the position, if the requirements are not met, the leadership team of the unit or the recruitment leading group shall collectively study and decide whether to organize the examination according to the actual number of people who have passed the qualification examination.

(3) Examinations

1. Written test. The written test adopts a 100-point system, and the passing score is 60 points. The written test will be arranged separately.

2. Interview. The interview will conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the candidates by listening to the candidates' statements and the examiner's questions, with a total score of 100 points and a passing score of 70 points.

For the candidates who have reached the passing score of the written examination, the interviewers will be determined at a ratio of 1:5 for each position. If the ratio is less than 1:5, the interview will be conducted according to the actual number of people. In case of the same score in the last place, they will enter the interview together.

The list of interviewers and interview arrangements will be published on the portal of our unit.

(4) Inspection and physical examination

The comprehensive score is determined according to the proportion of 40% and 60% of the written test score and interview score respectively (written test score × 40% + interview score ×60%).

Each position shall determine the candidates for inspection in equal amounts in the order of comprehensive results from high to low, and organize physical examinations and inspections. The list of inspection objects will be published on the portal of the unit. Methods such as on-site visits, individual conversations, review of personnel files (student records), inquiries into social credit records, and interviews with individuals will be employed to understand the candidates' political quality, moral quality, ability quality, psychological quality, study and work performance, compliance with discipline and law, integrity and self-discipline, as well as whether there are circumstances that should be avoided, physical and mental health, and the degree of compatibility with the recruitment position. The physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servants (Trial), and those who do not participate in the physical examination as required shall be deemed to have given up their qualifications.

If the subject of the examination voluntarily gives up the application or fails to pass the examination due to personal reasons, it will be replaced in order according to the comprehensive score.

(5) Publicity of personnel to be hired

According to the comprehensive results, inspection situation, and physical examination results, the personnel to be hired will be determined after the collective study of the party organization of the unit, and the publicity will be made within the scope of the recruitment announcement, and the publicity period shall not be less than 7 working days.

If there is no objection at the expiration of the publicity period, within 15 working days, the graduates to be hired must sign an employment agreement (tripartite agreement) with the unit, and if they are overdue, they will be deemed to have been automatically given up and included in the management of the unit's list of untrustworthy persons.

(6) Handle employment procedures

If there is no objection at the expiration of the publicity period, the employment formalities shall be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions and the employment contract shall be signed.

(7) Probationary period

A probationary period system is implemented in accordance with the regulations, and the probationary period is included in the term of the employment contract. Those who pass the assessment at the end of the probationary period shall be formally employed; If they are not qualified, they will be cancelled.

5. Other matters

(1) After the hired personnel are hired, they shall be managed according to the personnel established by the public institution, and the relevant wages and benefits shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant policies and regulations of the state and the unit.

(2) Applicants should ensure that the materials provided are true and accurate, and if any fraud, fraud and other behaviors are found in the recruitment process, once verified, the examination qualification and employment qualification will be cancelled immediately.

(3) The relevant information of open recruitment will be released to the public, and applicants are requested to pay attention to the relevant information on the website in a timely manner, and those who fail to pass the qualification examination, written examination or interview will not be notified separately.
