According to the surveillance video, at 10:15 a.m. on January 7, 2023, Zhang Fujie underwent waist and abdominal liposuction under local anesthesia and intravenous anesthesia.
32 minutes later, at 10:47, Zhang Fujie's electrical monitoring monitor in the operation center showed an abnormality and began to continuously call the police, but the medical staff at the scene did not do any treatment.
Another 21 minutes later, at 11:08, Zhang Fujie, who was in surgery, suffered a cardiac arrest, and although the medical staff carried out cardiopulmonary resuscitation on the spot, his condition did not improve.
At 11:41, 33 minutes after Zhang Fujie went into cardiac arrest, they called the 120 emergency number.
At 11:57, Zhang Fujie was transferred to the intensive care unit of the People's Hospital.
For the next 10 days, Zhang Fujie's multiple organs continued to be in a state of circulatory failure.
On January 17, Zhang Fujie was pronounced dead due to ineffective rescue.
According to the forensic report, Zhang Fujie died of multiple organ failure caused by anesthesia-related cardiac arrest.
Pang Jianhua said that the medical plastic surgery clinic has an unshirkable responsibility for his wife's death, and all the medical personnel involved in his wife's surgery cannot escape responsibility.
The death of his wife made Pang Jianhua unacceptable.
And more details and truths about this operation made Pang Jianhua extremely angry.
According to the "Medical Malpractice Appraisal", the surgeon Zhang Moumou did not file as the attending physician of medical cosmetology, so he did not have the qualifications to carry out medical cosmetology surgery alone; Another anesthesiologist, Jia Moumou, is only a practicing assistant physician and does not have the qualifications to independently administer anesthesia; What made Pang Jianhua even more unbelievable was that the two medical staff were not registered to practice in this medical institution, and in principle, they should not practice in this outpatient clinic.
During the operation, Zhang Fujie's electrical monitoring monitor continued to alarm for 16 minutes.
During these 16 minutes, all the medical staff in the operation did not take it seriously, and even the first thing the anesthesiologist checked was whether there was a problem with the equipment.
It wasn't until the anesthesiologist took the device off Zhang's hand and clamped it onto his finger that the alarm stopped that he and all the medical staff present realized that there was a problem with Zhang's cardiac monitoring indicators.
In January 2024, the first-instance trial of Zhang Fujie's death case was held, and the chief surgeon Zhang Moumou and anesthesiologist Jia Moumou were charged with medical malpractice by the procuratorate.
However, Pang Jianhua could not recognize the accusation of "medical malpractice" at all.
He firmly believes that the doctor involved should undoubtedly be guilty of the "crime of illegal medical practice", which is more severely punished.
For the accusations in the first instance, only the chief surgeon and the anesthesiologist were prosecuted, and Pang Jianhua could not accept it.
Pang Jianhua said that there was another incredible thing that happened during the operation. The monitoring shows that at 10:40, the leading doctor proposed and encouraged the nurse to "practice his hands", and then, with the consent of the leading doctor, the nurse Li Moumou in the operating room actually took over the liposuction equipment for liposuction. Although she was giggling, in fact, the operation in her hand lasted for nearly 3 minutes.
In addition, Pang Jianhua also found that his wife's preoperative examination report clearly stated that there was poor coagulation function. If liposuction is performed, there is a great risk of surgery, but this has not attracted the attention of aesthetic clinics.
What's even more outrageous is that the signature of the wife's preoperative checklist is not even signed by the doctor.
Moreover, the "Medical Malpractice Certificate" also shows that the operating room of the medical outpatient clinic not only does not have laryngoscopes, endotracheal intubation kits, nor defibrillators and other rescue-related equipment.
In other words, this liposuction operation, from the preoperative examination, to the intraoperative operation and rescue, from the qualification of the surgeon, to the equipment of the operating room of the medical aesthetic institution, from the neglect of the hidden dangers of the preoperative examination, to the non-standard operation of the intraoperative operation, the problems of the whole operation are simply countless.
Pang Jianhua said that this is undoubtedly a disregard for life. Whether it is this medical aesthetic institution or all the people involved in this operation, they are the murderers who killed his wife.
