In order to implement the deployment requirements of the special action of "prosecuting and protecting people's livelihood" and further strengthen the coordination and cooperation between the procuratorial organs and the judicial administrative organs, recently, the Xiangcheng County People's Procuratorate and the Xiangcheng County Judicial Bureau went to the county's administrative organs to carry out administrative law enforcement supervision and inspection, further standardize the administrative law enforcement behaviors in key areas and enterprises, improve the law-based business environment, serve to ensure high-quality economic and social development, and effectively promote the working mechanism of "government-court linkage" and "procuratorate coordination".
This inspection covered 19 volumes of administrative punishment cases handled by various administrative law enforcement units since the beginning of this year, and found more than 10 problems of various kinds. The joint supervision and inspection is mainly based on the review of case files, taking the form of discussion and exchange, consulting case files, on-site inspection, etc., focusing on transportation, food and drugs, education and culture, emergency management, natural resources and other areas that the masses pay close attention to, focusing on whether the facts of administrative law enforcement cases are clear, whether the evidence is conclusive, whether the procedures are standardized, whether the application of law is correct, whether the case file binding is standardized, etc., and the evaluation is carried out item by item.
This inspection gave full play to the role of "joint inspection of departments and inspectors", promoted the improvement of administrative law enforcement capabilities with administrative law enforcement supervision, and standardized the law enforcement behavior of administrative organs. In the next step, our court will continue to perform the function of administrative procuratorial supervision, strengthen cooperation with the county judicial bureau, further realize the effective connection between the legal supervision of the procuratorial organs and the administrative law enforcement supervision of the judicial administrative organs, form a joint force of supervision, and provide a strong guarantee for optimizing the business environment under the rule of law.
