The meeting emphasized that General Secretary Xi Jinping's recent important speeches, important instructions and the spirit of the relevant central meetings have a strong ideological, guiding and pertinent nature, and the whole county should conscientiously study and comprehend and implement them. It is necessary to deeply understand and implement the "Regulations on the Work of Local Committees of the Communist Party of China", and implement the "Regulations" in terms of ideological understanding, working mechanism, responsibility, and coordinated application. We must consciously unify our thinking and action with the analysis and judgment of the current economic situation by the party Central Committee, enhance our confidence in doing a good job in economic development, earnestly consolidate and enhance the positive trend of economic recovery, and strive to achieve "more than half of the doubles."
