In order to ensure the quality of disease remediation, the county rural highway bureau pays close attention to the details of the maintenance process and technical management, and strictly controls the organization, technology, quality and other fine management gates.
Carefully organized and prepared. According to the preliminary road condition investigation, prepare materials and machinery and equipment in advance, and reasonably allocate personnel, so as to lay a good foundation for completing the disease disposal work with quality and quantity.
Strict quality management. In the process of repairing, following the principle of "round pit square repair, inclined pit positive repair, and multiple potholes combined and repaired", technical personnel strictly follow the requirements of the "Highway Maintenance Technical Standards" specification requirements for on-site management and control, and conscientiously do a good job in each process to ensure that the repaired pit and the original pavement joints are tight, smooth and beautiful.
Strengthen safe production. Tighten the string of safety production at all times, strengthen on-site management, set up eye-catching safety signs and signs in the process of maintenance operations, standardize the layout of safe operation areas, and adopt the method of staggered construction to ensure that the repair of pavement potholes is carried out safely and orderly.
Strengthen road surface cleaning. Increase the frequency of road cleaning, so that the road surface is free of spills and pollutants, and remove waste asphalt in time to create a clean and tidy construction environment.
Up to now, a total of more than 600 square meters of asphalt pavement potholes have been repaired, and 5,100 linear meters of joints have been filled, which has eliminated potential safety hazards in a timely manner, improved the service life of rural roads, and effectively guaranteed the safe travel of the masses.
