"The rice variety we planted is Jijing 816, which is the main small-grained fragrant variety in Jilin Province, the rice is particularly soft and glutinous and delicious, the whole process is pollution-free planting, no pesticides are used for insect repellent, all biological deworming is used, and the market prospect is very good." Li Jinlong, chairman of Hongshunyuan Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Farmers Cooperative, said.
It is understood that Hongshunyuan Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Farmers Professional Cooperative planted 210 hectares of rice, from April 1 began to raise seedlings, May 11 began to transplant seedlings to now completed 30 hectares, is expected to complete all rice transplanting operations on May 25.
