Chen Lei introduced that the seedlings planted now belong to early rice. In order to maintain the fertility of the land, the cooperative leaves part of the land fallow every year, planting only one crop a year, and adopts organic cultivation methods to grow rice.
This year, the area of early rice in the Zhaizi Rice Planting Cooperative is about 200 mu, and it is expected that the early rice transplanting work can be completed within three days.
It is understood that Shangquanping Village has many springs and fertile land, and is known as "Jingshan Little Peach Spring". In 2015, the Zhaizi Rice Cooperative transferred thousands of acres of land here, and in the organizational form of "cooperative + base + farmer", it has successively driven more than 5,000 surrounding villagers to participate in it in accordance with the model of unified variety, unified management and unified sales.
Nowadays, through the promotion of mechanized planting technology and the development of green ecological planting, the organic green cold spring fragrant rice here is sold all over the country.
