Cases of bribery by non-state functionaries
In July 2023, Fuzhou Economic Investigation found through the police liaison site that a large supermarket company may have illegal behaviors of employees "bypassing the approval process" to infringe on the company's interests. The police quickly joined hands with the relevant departments of the company to conduct a "physical examination" of the internal security of the enterprise, and instructed the relevant person in charge to collect relevant criminal evidence and carry out case filing and investigation. From the investigation and discovery to the transfer of the criminal suspect for prosecution, the police handling the case took less than one month, and seized more than 100 yuan of "dry shares" and "benefit fees" illegally received, and promptly removed the "moths" for the enterprise.

Case of production and sale of goods with counterfeit registered trademarks
On May 7, 2024, the Fuzhou Economic Investigation Department successfully detected a case of production and sale of counterfeit registered trademark goods, destroyed a criminal gang, arrested 16 members of the counterfeiting gang, destroyed 10 criminal dens, seized more than 17,000 pairs of counterfeit well-known brand shoes on the spot, and produced 5 sets of counterfeiting equipment and machinery. After investigation, the gang set "production factory - storage warehouse - swiping orders and speculation - live broadcast sales of fakes" multi-link and full-chain live broadcast sales of fakes. During the investigation of the case, the handling police went to 3 provinces and 9 cities to investigate and collect evidence, spent a lot of time on comparison and analysis, gradually restored the operation mode of the chain, and found out the organizational context of the criminal gang.
