The Marriage and Family Dispute Mediation Room of Ximen Community, Xin'an Town, Lai'an County was established in 2018, and the mediation team is composed of 10 outstanding community cadres and women volunteers. Since its establishment, they have focused on the focus and difficulties of marriage and family conflicts, and have continued to make real moves to help weave a dense grassroots governance safety net. Among them, in 2020, the family conflict case in Ximen Community of Xin'an Town won the excellent case of protecting the rights of women and children in Lai'an County. The Ximen community dispute mediation model has been reported by media at all levels such as Anhui Science and Technology News Network and the official account of Lai'an County Women's Federation, and 3 publicity reports have been published on websites above the provincial level. In 2023, it will receive research on the rights protection of women and children of Anhui Women's Federation and Qinghai Provincial Women's Federation, and receive research by the legislative expert group of the "Anhui Provincial Implementation <中华人民共和国妇女权益保障法>Measures".

Cooperate with the parents, children and other third parties of both parties to conduct psychological counseling and intervention for the parties, and make every effort to mediate the conflicts of the parties with soft language and careful insight, so as to maintain family harmony and stability. Efforts are made to build a brand of "Anhui Family Peace" for marriage and family disputes, effectively prevent and reduce the occurrence of criminal cases caused by marriage and family disputes, and comprehensively improve the modernization level of the grassroots social governance system and governance capacity.
Effect superposition, convergence service efficiency. Give full play to the organizational advantages of women's federations, and vigorously carry out publicity activities on legal knowledge to prevent and resolve marital and family conflicts and disputes. Invite familiar and enthusiastic volunteers and police officers to go into homes to publicize, explain the law and promote education with cases, help women improve their consciousness and ability to fight, and protect their legitimate rights and interests. In 2023, 3 legal publicity lectures and 2 legal case publicity classes will be held, benefiting more than 180 women.
