On May 14, Shadi Village, Jincheng Street, Jinning District, officially kicked off this year's rice planting.
In the rice fields, rows of planted rice seedlings sway in the breeze, forming a vivid picture of rural customs with the villagers working hard in the fields.
In the operation area next to the rice field, the work of transporting and loading seedlings is also carried out in an orderly manner. In Shadi Village, although most of the paddy fields can be planted by machinery, some plots are still planned here for people to experience the fun of manual rice transplanting and feel the unique charm of rural revitalization.
It is understood that 242 acres of the 850 acres of paddy fields in Shadi Village this year will be planted by hand, and there will be nearly half a month of planting and supplemental planting. Another 608 acres of rice will be mechanized planting, the planting area of more than 300 acres has been completed, and the task of mechanical planting will be completed within ten days. In addition, colorful rice patterns have been designed on both sides of the small train to vividly illustrate the rural revitalization here.
