On the afternoon of May 15, the unveiling ceremony of the "Guangjili" Legal Service Base for the Governance of Litigation Sources and the launching ceremony of "Party History Education into the Hospital, and Legal Popularization Publicity into the Museum" were held in the Hongkou Court, further enhancing the effect of litigation source governance, expanding the "circle of friends" of litigation source governance, giving full play to the regional cultural advantages of Hongkou District, one of the "birthplaces of the party" and "the starting place of the original intention", and promoting the integrated development of litigation source governance and party building work, legal popularization and publicity, and the construction of a legal professional community. The Hongkou Court signed a cooperation agreement with the four memorial halls of the Communist Party of China to jointly explore a new two-way co-construction model of "party history education into the hospital and legal popularization propaganda into the museum". The two sides will work together to build a brand of party building business integration, including the establishment of the "Guangjili" propaganda group and the creation of the "Source of Strength Today's Statement" micro-party class, absorbing young court cadres and police, party activists and other personnel to set up a volunteer propaganda service team, holding joint party building interaction, carrying out legal publicity and education lectures, rule of law lecturer group into the red hall and other activities, and combined with the content requirements of party history education and law popularization propaganda to select typical cases, plan and produce a series of micro-party courses for multi-channel law popularization.
The "Guangjili" litigation source governance rule of law service base was unveiled. The base is composed of "3+3" forces, that is, 3 professional volunteer teams and 3 specialized rule of law service points. 3 professional volunteer teams, including a lawyer volunteer service team, aiming to effectively improve the efficiency of pre-litigation mediation; The college student volunteer service team mainly undertakes the legal consultation duties of the litigation service hall on a daily basis; The volunteer team of rule of law lecturers mainly carries out rule of law lectures and legal consultation activities for kindergartens, primary and secondary schools in the jurisdiction. The three specialized rule of law service points include the Women's Federation's Family Affairs Window, the Notary Service Window, and the Procuratorate's Support for Prosecution Service Point.
Combined with the work of the Hongkou District People's Court's Litigation Source Governance Center on the first anniversary, outstanding lawyer volunteers were commended and commended, and a dialogue on the original intention of "the source of strength and the rule of law together" was held.
