Cai Shanfeng, a native of Fuding, Fujian, has been engaged in tea evaluation, tea processing, tea technology promotion, application and innovation for 27 years, is an expert consultant of the Meteorological Research Center of China White Tea Research Institute, a representative inheritor of Fuding City, a representative project of the national intangible cultural heritage "Fuding White Tea Making Skills", the first batch of tea evaluation special technicians in Fujian Province, the leader of the Fujian Provincial Skill Master Studio, the "Hundred Talents Program" (senior management talents of enterprises) in Ningde City, and the first batch of "skilled craftsmen" high-skilled talents in Ningde City. He is a member of the expert group of the tea industry talent pool of Fuding City, and the third outstanding talent of Fuding City. In November 2022, he was appointed as the chairman and general manager of Guizhou Pufu Tea Industry Development Co., Ltd. and the main person in charge of the R&D center. In December 2023, he was selected as a backbone talent in the 2023 "Key Talent Introduction Plan" in the non-public field of Qianxinan Prefecture.
Cai Shanfeng actively promoted the cooperation between Fujian Tianhu Tea Industry Co., Ltd. and Guizhou Pu'an Hong (Group) Tea Industry Co., Ltd., and established Guizhou Pufu Tea Industry Development Co., Ltd. in Pu'an County, and served as the chairman and general manager.
At present, Guizhou Pufu Tea Industry Development Co., Ltd. has produced more than 250,000 catties of dry tea, with an output value of more than 900 yuan, covering more than 100 surrounding tea farmers and more than 400 people to increase their income and become rich. At the same time, in cooperation with Xichang Asniuniu Group, an operation center will be established in Chengdu in July 2023, and two five-star hotels of Xichang Asniuniu Group in Chengdu will be stationed, laying the foundation for Pu'an tea products to enter Chengdu and Chongqing. In January 2024, with the help of Fujian Tianhu Tea Industry Co., Ltd., as the first batch of online enterprises on the online platform of the Beijing Tea Center, Pu'an Red Siqiu Ancient Tea will be promoted in the Beijing Tea Industry Trading Center, and Pu'an tea products will be promoted in Hangzhou, Guangzhou, Guiyang, Lanzhou, Xiamen, etc., as well as the national channels of the "Taimushan" brand.
