With the theme of "The Soul of China" (Mao Zedong Story), the 13 contestants combined their dreams and the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation to give passionate speeches. The competition was sponsored by the Party Branch of the Junction Junior High School and the General Branch of the Junction Junior High School, with the purpose of establishing the correct values of young students and exercising students' talents.

After fierce competition, No. 13 player Yang Anqi, No. 8 player Wang Zichu, and No. 11 player Liu Weiwei won the first prize, and the rest of the players also won different awards.
