Located at No. 459 Urumqi North Road, the Jing'an District Cultural Center covers an area of 16,200 square meters, with a number of theme spaces such as the Jing Theater, Shang Space Art Exhibition Hall, and Intangible Cultural Heritage Exhibition Hall.
As an urban public cultural sharing space with the goal of high quality, the Cultural Center has been committed to art training, cultural distribution, exhibitions, group cultural teams, literary and artistic creation, cultural performances, intangible cultural heritage protection and inheritance and other projects.

1. Art Performances: Art performances in the form of dramas, concerts, and pingtan will be staged in turn at the Cultural Center and Daning International Commercial Plaza, so that the public can enjoy the diversity of culture.

Exhibition: The Citizen Art Space of the Jing'an District Cultural Center will hold the "Paper Short Love" - Family Calligraphy Exhibition and the "Technique and Memory" - Jing'an District Intangible Cultural Heritage Exhibition, showcasing the outstanding works of local artists and 41 intangible cultural heritage protection projects in Jing'an District.
3. Lectures on Traditional Chinese Medicine: The intangible cultural heritage inheritors of Shanghai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine are specially invited to bring a series of lectures on the "Intangible Cultural Heritage of Famous Doctors" to discuss the protection and inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine culture and intangible cultural heritage.
4. Guided Tours: Divided into "One Hour at Midday" and "Jazz Weekend", guided tours will lead the public to have an in-depth understanding of the background stories of the artworks and enhance their art appreciation skills.
