On the afternoon of May 13, the Minhang District Chunshen Talent New Highland Construction Promotion Conference and the launching ceremony of the second "Da Zero Bay" International Talent Month were held in the Conference Center of Da Zero Bay Science and Technology Innovation Building.

At the meeting, the unveiling ceremony of the Da Zero Bay One-kilometer Incubator, the Da Zero Bay East China Normal University Incubator, the Da Zero Bay Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base, and the Shanghai Minhang District High-level Talent Innovation and Entrepreneurship Service Center (Shanghai Minhang District Chunshen Pyramid Talent College) were held.
Shanghai Xirong Technology Co., Ltd., two key talent projects, the DNA storage project and the National Key Laboratory of Ribonucleic Acid Function and Application, signed a contract on the spot to settle in the "Big Zero Bay".
The conference launched the "Chunshen Talent New Highland" co-creation partnership program, and hired 25 scientific research workers with outstanding contributions as decision-making consultants, entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship mentors, and recommendation ambassadors for Minhang's talent work.
The "Special Fund for the Construction of Disruptive Technology Projects" was launched at the same time. The fund was jointly established by the People's Government of Minhang District, Shanghai, Shanghai Caohejing Emerging Technology Development Zone Development Corporation, and Shanghai Disruptive Technology Innovation Center.
