Goose Lake Academy is a national key cultural relics protection unit, and is famous all over the world for the Southern Song Dynasty Zhu Lu's "Goose Lake Meeting" and Xin Chen's "Goose Lake Meeting". During the Jiajing period of the Ming Dynasty, the Goose Lake Academy, Songyang Academy, Yuelu Academy, and Bailudong Academy were called the "Four Great Academies in the World".
Due to the needs of work, 2 commentators of the employment system and 1 staff on duty in the monitoring room of the employment system are openly recruited from the public.
1. Application conditions
1. Abide by discipline and law, have good ideological and political quality, and have good conduct;
2. Love and dedication, have a strong sense of professionalism, responsibility, strong sense of service, and have the spirit of hardship and hard work;
3. The narrator must have a college degree or above, and the personnel on duty in the control room must have a technical secondary school degree or above. There is no limit to majors, but journalism and communication, tourism management, history, Chinese Chinese language and literature, education, fire safety and other related majors are preferred;
4. Standard and fluent Mandarin, strong language skills, good at communication. Putonghua certificate holders are preferred;
5. The narrator is required to be in good health, good image and temperament, with a height of 1.58 meters (inclusive) or more for women, 1.75 meters (inclusive) or more for men, and an age of 30 years old and below;
6. Under the same conditions, strong language skills, with explanation, hosting work experience, writing, PPT, multimedia applications and other special seniors should be appropriately relaxed.
2. Job responsibilities
1. The narrator is mainly responsible for the explanation work and related text work in the scenic spot, and in the absence of explanation tasks, part-time general staff;
2. Participate in relevant business learning and cultural exchange activities;
3. The on-duty personnel of the monitoring room are responsible for the on-duty duty of the monitoring room, do a good job of safety records and maintenance of monitoring equipment, connect with the safety inspection of the superior department, and handle and report the safety-related work of the college in a timely manner.
Third, the work treatment
1. The hired personnel need to pass a one-month probation period, and the probationary period shall be assessed at the end of the probationary period, and the employment contract shall be signed after the assessment is passed;
2. The salary is basic salary + performance salary. The probationary period is one month, and the salary during the probationary period is 2400 yuan/month. After signing the contract, the salary of the interpreter is 3000-5000 yuan, and the staff on duty in the control room is 3000-4000 yuan, and the specific treatment is interviewed.
