Strengthen daily maintenance. The Honggu Highway section adheres to the maintenance and management policy of "prevention first, prevention and treatment combined", conducts a thorough investigation of the road conditions of the road sections, and organizes and carries out the maintenance work of shoulder slope repair, bridge and culvert maintenance, road area environmental management, pavement disease treatment and maintenance of facilities along the route according to the actual road conditions, so as to pave the "safe road" and "safe road" for the masses to travel.
Strengthen the investigation of hidden dangers. Investigate the hidden dangers of highway bridges, tunnels and culverts, anti-drainage facilities and water-prone road sections, focus on increasing the frequency of inspections of long bridges and tunnels, and dangerous sections of landslides near cliffs and waters, and deal with problems in a timely manner, and rectify problems such as blocked culvert inlets and outlets to ensure smooth drainage and safe operation of bridges and culverts.
Strengthen on-duty duty. Strictly implement the 24-hour duty and leadership system, smooth information communication channels, and timely and accurately report emergency information and emergency response in accordance with relevant requirements to ensure smooth information and timely emergency response.
Strengthen emergency protection. Combined with the actual maintenance of the road section, revise the emergency plan, take stock of emergency materials, reserve safety helmets, raincoats, rain boots, wire cages, steel bars, woven bags and other flood control materials in advance, overhaul all kinds of machinery and equipment, and make every effort to ensure that the flood season can be heard and moved.
Strengthen joint logistics linkage. Strengthen the linkage and horizontal coordination mechanism, strengthen the linkage and information sharing with meteorological, highway and traffic management departments, timely grasp the information of weather changes and geological disaster warnings, and make emergency preparations in advance to ensure the safety of the flood.
Up to now, 3 bridges have been repaired and 53 culverts have been cleaned and dredged; A total of 16 sets of machinery and equipment have been put into use, more than 200 personnel have been dispatched, and 120 cubic meters of sand and gravel materials have been reserved to make full preparations for flood control.
