Recently, Tianjin TEDA Science and Technology Industrial Park Co., Ltd. signed a lease contract with Tianjin Pengshunyuan Food Co., Ltd., and determined the leasing plan of Buildings 1, 3 and 5 of Apartment No. 3 and Comprehensive Supporting Service Building in Microelectronics Industrial Zone, Economic Development Zone, with a total area of about 26,000 square meters, which further optimized the park environment while improving asset utilization and forming stable cash flow.
The project of Building 1-6 and Comprehensive Supporting Service Building of No. 3 Apartment No. 3 in Microelectronics Industrial Zone of Economic Development Zone was built in 2004. Due to the early construction age, the supporting facilities in the building and the yard are relatively old and aging, which can no longer meet the needs of today's apartment rental market and have been vacant for a long time.
Tianjin TEDA Science and Technology Industrial Park Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of TEDA Industry and Development Group, rose to the challenge, and after revitalizing Buildings 2, 4 and 6 of Apartment No. 3 as a whole at the end of 2022, it recently carried out many consultations and negotiations with the lessee and interested parties around the leasing of Buildings 1, 3 and 5 and comprehensive supporting service buildings, and finally reached a contract with Tianjin Pengshunyuan Food Co., Ltd., that is, the lease will start on April 20, 2024, with a lease term of 20 years. So far, Buildings 1-6 of Apartment No. 3 and comprehensive supporting services in the Microelectronics Industrial Zone have all been leased, with a total area of 56,000 square meters.
