Baijiayuan community is a new rural to non-resettlement housing community built in Jiansheng Town, Dadukou District in recent years, many pet dogs used to be pastoral dogs in the nursing home, due to the unclear management function of dog breeding in the community, insufficient linkage, poor coordination, dog barking and disturbing people, dogs are shocking, dogs are not leashed, stray dogs hurt people and other problems are prominent. After fully soliciting the opinions of dog breeders and non-dog breeders, the population management detachment of the sub-bureau and the relevant departments at the district level discussed and formulated the "Community Dog Raising Specification" and the "Residents' Autonomy Convention" of the Baijiayuan community, guided the dog owners to sign the "Civilized Dog Raising Commitment", and regularly exposed the uncivilized dog raising behavior of residents in the "bad habits exposure column" of the community.
