On May 15, 2024, 16 volunteers from the Saiqi Area of Fu'an, Fujian Province, were invited by the abbots of Baoyuan Temple in Xijiao Town and Lianfeng Temple in Gantang Town to help in the kitchen. Today is the Buddha Bathing Festival, which is an important festival for the integration of Buddhism and traditional culture to form folk culture, and people from all over the world have to enter the temple to bathe in Buddha. The volunteers divided into two groups, and after achieving their goal, they began to prepare lunch, so that the believers could have a delicious vegetarian feast in time, as well as all the kitchen hygiene after the meal. They were busy in red vests, and the believers praised them when they saw them, saying that they were the living Lei Feng of our time. Volunteers use their meager strength to convey love and spread civilization, so as to make the society more harmonious and beautiful.
