On the afternoon of May 15, the organizing committee of the event issued a notice to collect the participating equipment, and from May 23 (next Thursday), players can go to the Lanzhou Olympic Sports Center to collect their race items.

The notice makes it clear that the collection of the 2024 Lanma race items will last for 3 days, and the specific time is 9:00-18:00 on May 23-24 and 9:00-22:00 on May 25. The location is located at the Tulip Sports Complex of Lanzhou Olympic Sports Center at No. 1236 Xijin West Road, Qilihe District, Lanzhou City.
During this period, participants must bring their ID cards or other valid documents to the venue to collect. The specific process is as follows: print the receipt voucher - go to the corresponding window to receive the clothing - collect the chip number bib at the corresponding window - sign the disclaimer - receive other competition materials - chip testing - collect the goods to complete.
Note that chip testing is limited to marathon and half marathon events, and chip testing is not required for health runs and family runs. During the health run and family run, children can bring their household registration booklet to the venue to collect the goods.
Please bring your personal ID or valid ID with you to pick up your belongings
The organizing committee reminds that the contestants must collect the items in person, and no items can be collected on behalf of the contestants. Staff and volunteers will verify the identity of the contestants when they are distributed. Please be sure to bring your original valid ID card, and you will not be able to receive the race items if the person and ID card are inconsistent.
In addition, in order to avoid crowd gathering, the organizing committee recommends that the contestants go to the peak at a staggered time. May 25 (Saturday) is the peak period for non-local contestants, and it is recommended that local contestants choose to report on May 23 (Thursday) and May 24 (Friday) to collect their belongings. Contestants must check the materials received on the spot, and will not accept returns, exchanges or supplements once the materials are confirmed to be handed over. Players under the age of 18 and over the age of 65 must sign the Disclaimer with their guardians or immediate family members. Before receiving the goods, the organizing committee will send a text message to these contestants, please download and print the "Disclaimer" in the SMS link in time, and sign as required.
Confirm that everything is correct before leaving
If there are special circumstances that cannot arrive at the collection site before 22:00 on May 25, you can contact the organizing committee in advance (contact number: 0931-8433220, 15002697505, 17325008538). After registering and confirming the information of the contestants, the organizing committee will reserve the materials in advance and wait for the contestants to come and collect them.
