In order to comprehensively analyze the characteristics of recent accidents, give full play to the role of accident investigation and handling in promoting the improvement of safety production work, and deploy the current safety production work in a targeted manner, on May 14, the Municipal Emergency Management Bureau organized the emergency management bureaus of various districts to hold a production safety accident scheduling meeting.
At the meeting, the Municipal Emergency Management Bureau reported the recent accident situation and typical accident cases, and summarized the problems exposed by the accident. The emergency management bureaus of some districts exchanged views on the investigation and handling of accidents in their own areas and the measures taken to strengthen production safety after the accident. The comrades in charge of the Municipal Emergency Management Bureau put forward specific work requirements for the current safety production work. The first is to identify the weak links and common problems of safety production work in combination with the seasonal characteristics of the accident, focus on the safety management of inspection and maintenance of hazardous chemical enterprises, special operations and limited space dredging and dredging of industrial and trade enterprises, and strengthen the investigation and management of hidden dangers in a targeted manner; The second is to actively perform the comprehensive supervision function of the safety committee office, and use various means such as scheduling, warning, reminder, notification, and interview to guide and supervise the regulatory departments in key industries such as construction, road transportation, and gas to carry out a solid and in-depth three-year action to tackle the root cause of production safety, and take effective measures to curb the occurrence of various accidents; The third is to further increase the publicity of safety production for the whole society, publicize emergency safety knowledge through traditional media such as newspapers, television, radio, official websites, and new media platforms for government affairs, warn and remind people of small fires, electric bicycle fires and other risks, enhance the safety awareness of citizens, and create a good atmosphere of "everyone talks about safety and everyone will respond to emergencies".
