According to the plan, the Daliang Sam project covers a total area of 63,303.95 square meters, with a total construction area of 115,842.97 square meters, a plot ratio of 1, and a green space rate of 25.02%, consisting of 3 buildings with a maximum height of 4 floors.
It is worth mentioning that the first phase of the Daliang Sam project has been filed a few days ago, according to the latest release in May "Daliang Street East of Country Road, South of Nanguo East Road Plot Project Phase I Construction Q&A Clarification Announcement", the tentative start date of Sam Phase I project is June 20, or completed in 2025.
Shunkong Urban Investment won about 63,000 square meters of commercial land in Daliang for 92.71 million yuan, which is the land where the project is located. According to the data, the total investment of this plot is expected to be 2 billion yuan, of which 700 million yuan is fixed investment. The project consists of two floors above ground, with a store area of 19,000 square meters and more than 1,000 members-only parking spaces, and is expected to open in 2026.
