But in the corners of the Japanese occupation area, there are also some twists and turns and moving stories, which are worth savoring.
Wang Ziting, born in an ordinary peasant family in Suqian, Jiangsu, was originally an educated, witty and brave young man. In the most tragic years of the Anti-Japanese War, he was coerced by the Japanese army and had to become a pseudo-township chief. In the eyes of outsiders, he is a complete traitor, even more like a traitor than a traitor. But no one knows that it is this "pseudo-township chief" who has been secretly working for the underground party, transmitting intelligence, rescuing compatriots, and making indelible contributions.
In that year, after the fall of the Suqian area, it became the rear of the Japanese army. In the autumn of 1942, an underground party traffic officer named Han Shichen accidentally fell into the hands of the Japanese puppet, and Wang Ziting recognized it as his own person at a glance. So, he immediately made up his mind, put on a fierce face, and began to reprimand the wrong person. Poor Han courtiers were so frightened that Wang Ziting took the opportunity to kick him out. In this way, the crisis was temporarily lifted, and Wang Ziting continued to pretend, kicked Han Shichen hard, and scolded, "Will the Communist Party want this idiot?"
Such alertness and bravery, on the one hand, ensured the safety of underground party members and avoided further implication and investigation; On the other hand, it also makes the disguise of the Japanese pseudo-"village chief" more realistic and credible. He took great risks to "be a traitor" under the noses of the enemy, and used this way to protect his compatriots and safeguard national dignity.
After the end of the Anti-Japanese War, for a long time, the prince's pavilion was green in the world, and his deeds were not known to the world until his death. At that time, the surviving underground party members did not hesitate to praise him, thanking him for his bravery and fearlessness in protecting the lives of countless revolutionary comrades, large and small. A seemingly despicable "pseudo-township chief" is actually a patriotic heart that is not afraid of power and perseverance. He used practical actions to interpret the meaning of "being in Cao Ying, and being in Han", highlighting the tenacious and unyielding national character of the Chinese people.
