"The Epitaph of the Yuan Temptation Wife Feng", the full name of "Wei Situ Joins the Military Yuan Temptation Wife Feng's Epitaph", was unearthed in Anjiagou Village, north of Luoyang City in 1923, and was donated to Xi'an Stele Forest by Mr. Yu Ren in 1935.
Zhishi is rectangular, 60 centimeters long, 53 centimeters wide, 15 lines of Zhiwen, 18 characters in full line, regular script. The epitaph is well preserved, the words are clear, and only two or three characters are damaged. Yuanlu's wife Feng died on November 28 in the third year of Jingming in the Northern Wei Dynasty (502), and was buried in August of the fourth year of Jingming (503).
The calligraphy style of "Yuan Lure Wife Feng's Epitaph" is more typical in the epitaph of the Northern Wei Dynasty, with the meaning of "neutralization", the knot is close to the "Zhang Menglong Stele", the calligraphy is neat and beautiful, the dot painting is fine to the fine, the knot is stable and neat, the gesture is round and strong, the lines are hearty, the opening is moderate, the attitude is multi-ended, it is a mature and perfect Wei stele masterpiece.
