I have been on the long road within the system for nearly two decades. Looking back on this period of time, my heart is full of complex emotions. I think it is necessary for me to share some experiences and insights for those young people who have just entered the system and have dreams and aspirations.
When we step into this seemingly solemn and sacred gate, many people have a wonderful hope for the future in their hearts. They are eager to climb to the peak of their careers step by step through their own efforts and realize their values and dreams. However, as time went on, they gradually discovered that the road was not as smooth and smooth as they had imagined.
Within the system, resources and context often play a pivotal role. They are like invisible wings, helping those who own them to fly higher and farther. And for those of us who don't have the resources and background, every step forward seems extremely difficult. We need to put in more effort and more pressure to barely keep up with those who have the resources and background.
In the process, we may have some unrealistic ideas. We aspire to be promoted or promoted by chance, or by a great performance. However, this kind of thinking often only leads us to deeper disappointment and frustration. Because in this system full of competition and entanglement of interests, opportunities and resources are often monopolized by those who have the background and resources. However, I want to tell you that we don't need to be frustrated and hopeless because of this. Because within this system, while resources and context are important, they are not the decisive factors. We can always maintain a humble and enterprising mentality, and actively face the challenges and difficulties in our work. In this way, even if we can't get a higher position and salary, we can still shine in our position and realize our values and dreams.
Of course, I also understand that in this materialistic and competitive society, many people will be envious and jealous of those who have resources and backgrounds. They may feel that these people are taking advantage of their unearned gains. However, I would say that this envy and jealousy only makes us more anxious and restless. We should learn to let go of these negative emotions and maintain a peaceful mind. We need to understand that everyone has their own strengths and weaknesses, and everyone has their own opportunities and challenges. We just need to do what we have to do and do our best, and that's enough.
During the years of working in the system, I have deeply experienced the hardships and difficulties of life. I have also seen the frustrations and tribulations that many people suffer due to lack of resources and background in the pursuit of their dreams.
