Zhang Xiaodong, born in 1949, is the same age as the People's Republic of China, and is the fifteenth generation of Weifang kite making skills. Love art, good at learning craft, since childhood with his father to learn clay sculpture carving and kite making, and then learn Weifang kite making skills from kite master Yang Tongke, the skills are becoming more and more mature, in 1986 founded the Dongfeng Kite Craft Society.
Wang Xude, Weifang nuclear carving national representative inheritor, graduated from Weifang Arts and Crafts School in 1962, under the tutelage of Gongqing, on the basis of inheriting the tradition and summarizing the carving skills of predecessors, integrated into the deep understanding and perception of life, years, nature, history, culture and customs, forming an artistic style of seeing the spirit in the rough and detailed, and seeing the spirit in the subtlety. In recent years, he has paid attention to innovation and created many nuclear carving works with novel forms and rich contents, such as deer and crane spring cans, snuff bottles, ring ornaments, inlaid screens, etc. His representative works such as "Nuclear Boat", "Horse-drawn Car" and "Millions of Heroes Crossing the River" have won many awards in China.
Lv Zhenli, born in the hometown of the New Year's painting - Miantun Village, Jiangzhuang Town, Gaomi City, Shandong, his ancestors painted New Year's pictures for generations, influenced by the family, he has a special emotion for the New Year's paintings since he was a child, his father's words and deeds, his own hard work, so that he was familiar with the whole set of painting skills of the New Year's paintings when he was young, and emerged in the industry. In 2007, he was named by the Ministry of Culture as the representative inheritor of the first batch of national intangible cultural heritage projects (Gaomi New Year Paintings).
Xia Meihua, the representative inheritor of the representative project of national intangible cultural heritage (Gaomi Maohua), won the titles of "Advanced Worker of Weifang Cultural System", "Weifang Model Party Member Cultural and Art Worker" and "Outstanding Cultural Worker of Weifang City", and won the best performance award in the "Weifang Intangible Cultural Heritage Excellent Traditional Repertoire Exhibition".
Fan Zuoxin was born in Gaomi, Shandong Province in 1944. He is a member of the China Folk Literature and Art Association, and a representative inheritor of the national intangible cultural heritage project (Gaomi paper-cutting). In February 1996, he was awarded the title of "First-class Folk Arts and Crafts Artist" by UNESCO, and in June 2007, he was awarded the title of "Outstanding Inheritor of Chinese Folk Culture" by the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles and the Chinese People's Association, and in 2015, he was approved by the Shandong Provincial Government to be awarded the title of "Qilu Rural Star".
Nie Xiwei, whose name is Xiushan, was born in 1938, a native of Gaomi, Shandong, the twentieth generation of Niejiazhuang clay sculptures, a representative inheritor of national intangible cultural heritage, an outstanding inheritor of Chinese folk culture, and a master of traditional skills in Shandong Province. He has been fond of clay sculpture since childhood, and has been engaged in clay sculpture production for more than 60 years, creating as many as 100 kinds of clay sculpture works, mainly including tigers, monkeys, chickens, ladies, arhats, historical opera figures, auspicious dolls, etc. His works have been collected by the Soong Ching Ling Foundation and have been exhibited in many countries and regions.
Liu Haigang, a member of the China Democratic League, a representative inheritor of Sun Binquan, a representative project of national intangible cultural heritage, a visiting professor of Weifang University, the chairman of the Anqiu Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection Association, the director of the Anqiu Qingyunshan Martial Arts Museum, the director of the Shandong Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection Association, and the consultant of the overseas branch of the Taiwan Chinese Wushu Association. He has won the first and second Qingdao Sun Bin Boxing Wushu Invitational Tournament two times as an all-around champion in the adult group; He has served as the coach of the China Sun Bin Boxing International Coach Training Course, and has served as the chief referee and vice president of national martial arts competitions for many times. In 2018, Liu Haigang was recognized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism as the representative inheritor of Sun Binquan, a representative project of national intangible cultural heritage.

The number of projects and inheritors at or above the provincial level ranks among the top in the province.
