First of all, we find the router or optical modem at home, flip it over, and on the back we can find a string of numbers 192.168.2.1, which is the management address of our router, be sure to write it down. Below you can also see the name and password of the router. If we've ever changed our name or password, remember it as we changed it.
Step 2: Take out your phone and find the address bar on your phone's browser. Some phones may have different browser icons, and you can use a computer if you have one. Enter the number you just wrote down in the address bar, such as 192.168.2.1, and then click Go to enter the router management center.
Here you just need to enter the router password, if we have changed the password, just enter the changed password, and then click on login.
In the management page, we can see two options, wifi settings and Internet settings, ignore them for the time being. There are three dots in the upper right corner, and when you click on it, you will see "Show PC version", click to enter.
In this management page, the top is the menu bar, find Terminal Management, and click to enter. Here it is possible to see all the devices that are logged in to our router.
In the device list, the strange device that appears is an unknown stranger. Too many unknown people logging in not only affect internet speeds, but can also pose a threat to network security.
In this case, we can directly remove it in the "Allow Internet access" column, click the button to gray it out, and prohibit access to the Internet.
You can notice that this abnormal device has been deleted under the networked device, and the same operation needs to be carried out to find and remove it in the 5G networked device.
No wonder my network keeps getting stuck, and if you find this happening, we can just root out the untrusted devices.
It should be noted here that if you accidentally delete your family's device, we can go back to the previous page and find "Wireless terminal devices that are prohibited from surfing the Internet", and you can cancel it directly.
In addition, if the wireless wifi signal at home is weak, we can also find "My wifi" in the top menu bar and swipe up, you can see the "wifi power mode", select "through-wall mode" to enhance the wifi signal, and finally don't forget to save the settings.
