1. Positioning and pay-off

Manual groove removal should be adopted, and electric hammer groove removal is strictly prohibited to avoid damaging the secondary structure;

3. Pre-embedded construction
Before the line pipe is embedded, a layer of bottom ash is smeared on the line duct to pave the bottom;

Before the initial setting of the plastering layer mortar, the glass fiber mesh is pressed into the line groove, and the lap width on each side is not less than 100mm, so as to ensure that there is no risk of hollow drum cracking in the later stage of the line groove position;

After pressing into the surface layer, the surface is smoothed and compacted, and after the final setting, water is sprinkled and moistened in time to avoid hollowing and cracking at the position of the trunking.

Fourth, finished product protection
After the construction of wire pipe embedding is completed, the finished product of the wire box or electrical box shall be protected in time to prevent construction pollution between subsequent processes such as wall spraying.
