"We adopted the jacking construction technology this time because this process can not only solve the construction problem of long-span bridge hoisting on highway bridges, but also reduce the construction cost and safety risk caused by a large number of high-altitude operations." Xue Maosing, chief engineer of the project, introduced to reporters.
In the specific construction process of the bridge on the G5 Beijing-Kunming Expressway Chengya section, it faces "three difficulties": first, the construction of the upper span expressway, which is difficult to organize and coordinate; Second, it is the first time to use the jacking construction process, and the technical standards are difficult to control; Third, the operating environment is complex and the safety guarantee is difficult. In order to overcome the problems and promote the safe and smooth progress of the project, Mingshan District coordinated with various parties and carefully organized the detour plan and emergency plan to ensure the smooth implementation of the Chengya Expressway control bypass. And assist the construction unit to strengthen the rehearsal and deduction, and repeatedly polish the details of the jacking construction to ensure the success of the jacking construction. At the same time, the safety guarantee was strengthened, and the relevant departments were stationed to monitor the implementation of safety measures to comprehensively resolve the problems of construction difficulties and high risks.
It is reported that the new project from Tongguan Road to Ya'an Vocational Institute in the first ring project (Mingshan Section) in the center of Ya'an is 2.877 kilometers long, adopts the technical standard of two-way six-lane secondary highway (and municipal road function), with a total investment of about 476 million yuan, and will start construction in February 2023, with a total of 91% of the total project completed and an investment of about 270 million yuan, and the project is expected to be fully completed by the end of June 2024. After the completion of the project, it will form a ring line around Guanghua Mountain with Yucheng Avenue, Yongxing Avenue, Yingchun Road, Huangcha Avenue and Yuming Expressway, becoming a transportation artery supporting the rapid development of the city and promoting the high-quality development of the Sichuan-Tibet Economic Cooperation Pilot Zone and the Yumingjing Core Economic Circle.
