(1) The seniority time of those who apply for deputy senior and senior titles can be calculated in segments, and the total seniority time = the time of obtaining the corresponding qualification certificate + the time of appointment.
(2) In 2023 and before, the qualification time is calculated according to the time of obtaining the corresponding professional and technical qualifications.
(3) In 2024 and beyond, the seniority time will be calculated according to the time of appointment to the corresponding professional and technical positions.
2. Calculation of employment time
If the appointment is completed before June 30 of each year, the term of office for that year shall be calculated as the whole year, and the period of appointment shall be postponed for one year on July 1 and later.
3. Transition period policy for post adjustment
(1) There is a transition period policy for medical personnel who are transferred from other specialties to health technology management from 2024 to 2028. During the transition period, as long as the previous requirements for the number of years of health technology management are met, they can participate in the review according to the old policy.
(2) After 2029, it is necessary to meet the conditions for translation and obtain the corresponding level of professional and technical qualifications for health technology management. After the transfer, it is necessary to meet the new qualifications before applying for a higher level of professional qualification review for health technology management.
In other words, doctors who have obtained the intermediate qualification certificate before this year can start to apply for the evaluation of deputy senior professional titles!
